What We Offer
Try our Bundle Box to dip your toes into the taste of our delicious beef. Our Bundle Boxes will be a mix of ground beef, steaks, and roasts. They will have options for 1-2 persons, 2-4 persons, and 4-6 persons.
Can't get enough of our beef? We offer beef in 1/4's, 1/2's, and wholes as well. It is priced by the weight and will be given at delivery or pick up as weights vary on each beef.
Want to try something new out, or looking to get a taste before purchasing in bulk? Individual cuts will be all parts of the beef individually packaged and weighed. You will be able to pick and choose any item and the amount you want.
Our Story
Welcome to the Great Plains of Colorado, home to our ranching family of 50 plus years. Ranching has been part of our heritage as generations before us passed on a love of cattle and ranching. We endeavor to care for the animals we raise and to sustain the prairie grasslands as new generations join us.
